Publishing & usage guidelines
Simple rules that keep quality high and protect writers and readers.
Content
- Articles must be your own writing and experience. Copied or reworded content is rejected; repeat cases get the account suspended.
- AI tools are fine for editing and structure, but the ideas, examples and expertise must be yours.
- Minimum 150 words; 600+ with subheadings and examples works best.
- Cite sources for numbers and statistics.
- Not allowed: direct ads, get-rich-quick promises, platform-policy violations, offensive or political content.
Images
- Use your own images, screenshots of your work, or free-to-use photos.
- Hide any sensitive client data (names, account IDs, contact info) before uploading.
Review & publishing
- New members’ articles are reviewed before publishing. Trusted writers publish directly; admins may unpublish anything that breaks these rules.
- Admins may adjust titles, categories or fix typos without changing meaning.
Rights
- You own your article. By publishing, you allow the community to display and promote it on the site and its channels with your name.
- You can ask for your article to be removed at any time.
Privacy
- Your email is never shown. Only your name, bio and the links you choose are public.
- Resource download details are used only to send you new content and resources, and are never sold.
